THE PROCESS

STEP 01

MEET THE DESIGNER

We will arrange a free consultation with your personal designer at a convenient time for you, to discuss your requirements for the project. We like to do this in person so that we can get a feel for the property and offer any advice.

STEP 02

MEASURED SURVEY

Once a scope of works has been agreed and the paperwork has been signed, we will arrange for your designer to undertake a measured survey of your property using a professonal Leica laser.

STEP 03

DRAWINGS & FEEDBACK

We will provide you with existing and proposed drawings based on our consultation as well as an interactive 3D model to help you visualise your new space. Following this we can discuss any amendments that may be required, to make sure the design works perfectly for you!

STEP 04

PLANNING SUBMISSION

Depending on the size or location of your property alterations, you may not require planning permission. We do recommend getting a certificate even if your project doesn't require planning. We will prepare all the information required and make the submission for you.

STEP 05

OTHER CONSULTANTS

Once planning permission has been obtained, we will prepare the drawings for building regulation submission. This includes using an engineer to assess the plans and provide structural calculations.

STEP 06

BUILDING REGULATIONS

We will prepare all the drawing information required for building regulations approval. Once this has been obtained we recommend using this information to obtain prices from builders and contractors.

Topographical Surveys

If you're looking at a new build or dealing with tricky levels we can arrange a topographical survey, to aid us in the design of project.

3D Visual

Our 3D renders are a great way to help you clearly visualise what your new space is going to look like.

We set out the costs at the very beginning of the project, so you always know where you stand. It gives you piece of mind throughout the process.
